Photon Energy Considers Additional Bond Issuance

- Photon Energy considers increasing its 7.75% corporate bond 2017/2022

- Bond issuance is planned to be offered in a private placement to qualified investors

Amsterdam - 19 June 2020 - Photon Energy N.V. (WSE: PEN, ISIN NL-001039110-8, the 'Group') is examining the possibility of increasing the 7.75% corporate bond 2017/2022 (ISIN DE-000A19MFH-4).
