At present, Guorui Properties has 6 pilot projects under construction in 6 cities. In the offline end, Guorui Hospital in progress is a large comprehensive 3A Grade hospital equipped with 2,000 beds, covering a site area of 150 mu and a construction area of 350,000 square meters. The Company has entrusted the First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College with overall operation and management of Guorui Hospital, which will be put into operation in 2021 as the offline medical carrier for the health industry. The online health industry includes online health care platform and health insurance sales platform. The former provides online diagnosis by family doctors and B2B centralized procurement services for medicine, medical equipment and consumables, while the latter conducts mutual assistance and other medical insurance product sales.
