Vertical Holdco GmbH and Vertical Midco GmbH appoint Peter Walker, Ercan Keles and Dr. Detlef Hunsdiek as Managing Directors Essen, Germany –– Vertical Midco GmbH and Vertical Holdco GmbH, each organized as a Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung under the laws of Germany, today announced the appointment of Peter Walker, Ercan Keles and Dr. Detlef Hunsdiek as additional managing directors alongside Hans-Hermann Lotter.
