Rautenberg Moritz & Co. strengthens its partnership with Boris Herzog and continues to build value creation expertise

Düsseldorf/Frankfurt, 3 May 2021: The strategy and corporate finance advisory firm Rautenberg Moritz & Co. has appointed Boris A. Herzog, a renowned expert in strategy and value creation, as Partner. Herzog becomes the fifth partner of the consultancy, which was founded just seven years ago and now employs 30 people. Having joined the firm in 2014, he will continue to expand the Strategy & Value Creation unit, which supports strategic and financial investors in due diligences and operational value creation at portfolio companies.

With the appointment of Boris Herzog to the circle of partners, Rautenberg Moritz & Co. continues to strengthen its integrated business model. The advisory firm recently achieved annual growth of over 40 percent, largely due to its focus on transaction-related services, with further impetus expected to come from the Strategy and Value Creation business in the future. Boris Herzog, who joined the newly founded firm in 2014 as its third employee, has successfully advised on a multitude of deals and transaction-related projects - around 30 in the past year alone, with a focus on the information technology and digital infrastructure sectors. Together with Arndt Rautenberg and his three other partners, Boris Herzog will continue to expand the firm's activities from the Frankfurt office in deal execution / (vendor) DDs and exit readiness across both business units.
