St. Petersburg, Russia, 30 June 2022: Lenta IPJSC (LSE: LNTA, MOEX: LENT), one of the largest multi-format retail chains in Russia, today announces the holding of the Board of Directors meeting on 30 June 2022.

The agenda of the meeting:

  1. Appointment (election) of the member of the Company’s Board of Directors.
  2. Determination of the personal composition of the committees of the Company’s Board of Directors and appointment of the chairpersons of the committees of the Company’s Board of Directors.
