Jeremy L. Rainwater new CEO Americas

Düsseldorf, November 14, 2022 – Jeremy L. Rainwater will take over the position of CEO Americas, effective 15 November 2022. Jeremy will be responsible for leading our North and South American business, be based in Atlanta, U.S., and will report to Uday Yadav, CEO of TK Elevator. Jeremy is also appointed to the Board of US Newco Inc. He follows Kevin Lavallee who retired from his position of CEO Americas earlier this month.

Jeremy has a proven track record of driving transformation towards strong financial and operational business growth across multiple industries and also an extensive knowledge of the elevator industry. He joins us from Johnson Controls International, where he was most recently the Chief Operating Officer of the company’s Building Solutions North America business with almost 30,000 employees and revenues of USD 10 billion. Jeremy also brings more than 20 years of successful elevator industry experience, working for Schindler in roles of increasing responsibility across North America.
